Tuning into your inner world
A connection to your inner world is what nurtures your relationship to your soul’s work, to your purpose, to your truth. If you want to embrace your calling & step into your mission, that’s a non negotiable. Your connection to your inner truth is the foundation you need to show up as your authentic self in the outer world.
When you connect to your soul. When you tune into what matters to you. When you step into your inner world. When you close your eyes, tune out the noise, & open your heart to yourself, what do your feel, see, hear?
What is coming up?
Anything at all?
If not that could be a sign of you being disconnected from it. Intentionally or not, or both. Protecting yourself from spending time there to not embrace your soul’s truth (fears, we have so many fears as humans, & we desperately try to shield ourselves from all of it).
Is what’s coming up is uncomfortable? Do you judge it? Try to go around it? Change it? Pick something else? Is what’s showing up not something you wanna see?
We carry so many judgements within us. Sometimes it is very very clear & distinct & we hear it as voices inside of us, thoughts swirling around keeping us trapped. Or it could just be confusion, blurriness, lack of clarity. It feels like you’re in a fog that never lifts (hey that’s me, my self-protection mechanism of choice). You literally don’t see. It’s like you can feel something there but you can’t quite reach it & you think there’s more work to be done to get to it. You don’t hear or see anything telling you you’re wrong, or not good enough, or it should be different. Just a fucking fog. If that’s you, chances are you have some 12th house placements/energy keeping it all very well hidden from yourself 🙃
Now, when you are able to tune into your inner world, welcome what you’re meeting there, loving of it, you step fully into your soul’s work. You don’t fear it anymore. You don’t shy away from it. You don’t avoid it.
You get to be really powerful in it. Confident. Aligned. You trust it. & that’s the most important part. You may not know everything. You may get surprised by some things coming up, emotions, knowledge, fears, desires, but you trust that you can navigate it all. You don’t drop your power, you don’t question yourself, you don’t become your own worst enemy. You stand by your soul, your purpose, your inner truth. & you carry it out. You embrace it in your actions. You bring it into your outer expression. You don’t compromise it, or dim it down, or turn your back to it, or push it away, to fulfill someone’s else wants & desires & expectations. That’s the cornerstone of doing & living out your soul’s work right here, the first stone in building your beautiful meaningful life-changing legacy.
So how does it feel for you? What kind of energy is awaken within you?
Here’s my own experience of it. The energies that are alive within me when I tune into the undistorted, unfiltered, untarnished want of my soul. She*’s calling me. How does that feel like, look like, sound like?
One is a very vibrant, happy, humming & dancing version of me bursting with love. She’s creating this world of unconditional belonging full of rainbows & magic & she almost can’t fucking believe that this gets to be her life & what she’s doing here on Earth.
The other energy lighting up within me… is a bit different. It’s a warrior like version of me, slaying everything that’s getting or trying to get in the way of you owning, embracing, stepping into your own truth & following what deeply matters to you. There is such a fierceness to her (yes so me), that if you even try to maybe dare think about getting in their way (so you guys), I will slay the shit out of you & burn everything to the ground. Don’t you even think about it because this dumb ass conditioning & society ruling over our soul’s truth is done for & I will make sure of it.
Can you feel the power of it? The purity in it? Straight from my soul, deep within my core.
That’s what I tune into. That’s what I get back to. That’s what lights me up & get me moving, the expression of my soul & what it switches on within me.
When you want to get activated by your purpose, by your soul’s work, tune into your inner world, connect with the deepest core of you. That’s where your power is, in your truth.

*: I like using she to refer to the soul. You can choose whatever you want & what suits you best. I love the feminine energy that is very much the quality of our soul as it moves & dances with our human self (which has more of a masculine quality to it in terms of energy). Also, soul in french is “âme” & it is a feminine noun so that’s how I’ve always referred to it.
